The following minerals occur naturally in fulvic acid: Boron, Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Potassium, Selenium, Silver, Sodium, Sulfur, and Zinc. Take 2 tablespoons (1 fl. oz.) daily in juice or water. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
