HEAT THERAPY INSTRUCTIONS: Place your MyCare Heating Pad in a clean microwave. Make sure the MyCare Heating Pad does not touch the sides of the microwave. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes. Since microwave ovens vary, adjust the heat time as needed, 30 seconds more or less. Always slowly and carefully touch test the MyCare Heating Pad to assure a comfortable and safe heat level. If it feels too hot, let cool before wearing and heat for less time on future uses .
